Sesame Angle Hair Pasta Salad
- 1 (16 ounce) box angel hair pasta
- 12 cup sesame oil
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup balsamic vinegar
- 14 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (more if you like it hotter)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 cup scallion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- Boil water with 2 tablespoons kosher salt.
- Cook entire box of angle hair pasta for 4-5 minutes.
- Drain well.
- Mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Pour over pasta.
- Then add sesame seed, scallions, red and green bell pepper.
- Mix together and refrigerate for a few hours.
