Sesame Angle Hair Pasta Salad

  1. Boil water with 2 tablespoons kosher salt.
  2. Cook entire box of angle hair pasta for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  5. Pour over pasta.
  6. Then add sesame seed, scallions, red and green bell pepper.
  7. Mix together and refrigerate for a few hours.
