Cheesy Rotini

  1. Prepare rotini as directed on package.
  2. Drain.
  3. In a large skillet, cook ground beef, green pepper and onion, over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Drain fat.
  5. Add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat; stir in milk, Ricotta cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese and rotini.
  7. Pour into a 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
  8. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  9. Bake, covered, in a 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
  10. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
