Beef Barley Bake Recipe

• 1 lb round steak cut in 1" pcs
• 3/4 c. quick barley
• 1 can golden brown mushroom soup
• 1/2 x soup can water
• 8 ounce fresh sliced mushrooms - (to 12 ounce)

1. Combine all ingredients in the crockpot; mix well.
2. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hrs.
3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
