Beefy Mac 'N' Cheese Recipe

• 1 1/2 lb lean grnd beef
• 1 med onion minced
• 1 env cheese sauce mix
• 1/4 c. water
• 1 can cream of mushroom or possibly cream of chicken soup - (10 3/4 ounce)
• 1 can stewed tomatoes - (15 ounce)
• 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
• 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
• 8 ounce macaroni cooked till just tender

1. Brown grnd beef and onions.
2. Combine all ingredients, except shredded cheese and macaroni, in the crockpot.
3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hrs.
4. Add in cheese and continue cooking for about 15 min, or possibly till the cheese has melted.
5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
