Grilled Zahtar Bread with Tomatoes

  1. Light a grill.
  2. Generously brush the bread with olive oil and sprinkle each slice with 1 teaspoon of the zahtar.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper and crushed red pepper.
  4. Grill the bread over a medium-hot fire, turning once, until nicely browned and crisp, 1 to 2 minutes per side.
  5. Top with diced tomatoes and serve.
