Marinated Chicken Breasts Recipe
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 sm. garlic clove, crushed
- 6 split chicken breasts
- Bread crumbs
- butter
- Mix lowfat sour cream and next 6 ingredients.
- Marinate chicken breasts 4 hrs or possibly preferably overnight.
- Before baking, roll each piece in fine bread crumbs.
- Place in baking dish; dot with plenty of butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
