Chewy No Bake Granola Bars

  1. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix rolled oats, steel-cut oats, rice cereal, dried fruit, and almonds together in a large bowl.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add brown sugar, honey, and vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk until sugar is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  5. Pour over oat mixture; stir to combine.
  6. Spread oat mixture into prepared baking dish.
  7. Press chocolate chips into top.
  8. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
