Cheese Fondue Recipe
- 2 1/4 c. lowfat milk, scalded
- 2 c. coarse day-old bread crumbs
- 3 c. grated Velveeta Cheese (3/4 lb.)
- 1 tsp. salt
- Few drops Tabasco
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 Large eggs, separated
- Heat oven to moderate, 375
