Half & Half Thanksgiving Pie Recipe

  1. Spread mincemeat in the bottom of 9 inch pie crust.
  2. Beat Large eggs.
  3. Blend in brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Combine lowfat milk and pumpkin and heat to scalding.
  5. Stir into egg mix.
  6. Pour carefully over mincemeat layer.
  7. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 to 50 min or possibly till custard is set.
