Madras Dip
- 2 eggs, Hard-boiled
- 2 tablespoons green peppers (grated)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 tablespoons celery (grated)
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- seasoning
- 1 teaspoon onion (grated)
- Add diced eggs to all other ingredients which have been smoothly blended in blender.
- Consistency is thin.
- Chill; sprinkle with paprika and serve with corn chips.
