Bread Machine Cornmeal Bread Recipe

• 1 c. Water
• 1/4 c. Vegetable Oil
• 1 x Egg
• 2 Tbsp. Sugar
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 c. Yellow Cornmeal
• 2 c. Bread flour
• 1 1/2 tsp Yeast

1. This loaf rises very high and is suprisingly good.
2. We have tried other breadmaker cornmeal breads but none have equaled this one.
