Black Pudding Recipe
- 1 lb Suet, (finely minced)
- 1 lb Oatmeal
- 2 x Onions Fresh sheep's blood, (may be watered down) Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl with fresh sheep's blood.
- Stuff mix into casing, tie well.
- Place in large pan, cover with boiling water, boil gently for 3 hrs.
- Remove black puddings, allow to cold.
- Cut into slices as required, fry in warm fat.
