Dimple Icing

  1. bring cream and sugar to boil.
  2. cook for 8-10 min or until soft ball stage.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add butter and vanilla.
  5. Beat just until spreadable.
  6. Spread on cake quickly before icing hardens.
  7. If you are having trouble and it is not turning thick and creamy add some icing sugar.
