Dimple Icing
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 34 cup light cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- bring cream and sugar to boil.
- cook for 8-10 min or until soft ball stage.
- Remove from heat.
- Add butter and vanilla.
- Beat just until spreadable.
- Spread on cake quickly before icing hardens.
- If you are having trouble and it is not turning thick and creamy add some icing sugar.
