  1. Spread each bread slice with 3 tablespoons Hummus Spread.
  2. Top each with 1/4 cup sprouts, 1/4 cup cucumber slices, 2 tomato slices, and 2 avocado slices.
  3. Top with onion rings.
  4. Drizzle each sandwich with 3 tablespoons Feta-Dill Dressing.
  5. Feta-Dill Dressing:.
  6. 2/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  7. 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  8. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  9. 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  10. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
  11. Cover and chill.
  12. Note: This is also good with lamb or as a topping for sliced tomatoes.
  13. Yield.
  14. 3/4 cup (serving size: 3 tablespoons).
