Szechuan Pork (Microwave) Recipe

  1. Trim fat from pork; cut pork into slices, 2 x 1 x 1/8 inch.
  2. Toss pork, soy sauce, cornstarch, red pepper and garlic in 3 qt casserole.
  3. Cover tightly and chill 20 min.
  4. Cover pork mix tightly and microwave on high 8 to 10 min, stirring after 4 min, till pork is no longer pink.
  5. Stir in broccoli, onions, water chestnuts and broth.
  6. Cover tightly and microwave 6 to 7 min, stirring after 3 min, till broccoli is crisp tender.
  7. Stir in peanuts.
  8. Serve with rice if you like.
  9. 4 servings.
