- Chop, chop, chop the onion, red onion, garlic and leek.
- Dice the gorgonzola cheese for the s. steak's topping and roux.
- See description.
- I used 500g frozen leaf spinach.
- If you use fresh spinach you'll have to cook it before.
- Rub salt, pepper and capsicum powder onto the salmon steaks.
- Alright cook the all onions and leek (step 1) and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Add a bit of oil before and add 1/2 cup water in steps.
- Add your spinach and let it rest a bit.
- Heat up your oven to 200 degrees celcius 390 degrees fahrenheit.
- Roux (see description): start frying a good chunk (40 grams) butter until its golden and runny.
- Then add one flat tablespoon flour and keep on stirring.
- Don't let it burn.
- While doing step 6, add 3/4 cup milk, a good chunk gorgonzola cheese and a pinch nutmeg.
- Give it a taste and you may have to season it with salt and pepper.
- Get everything together.
- Make it look pretty for the community xD.
