Natalie's Mac N' Cheese
- 1 lb small eblow macaroni noodles
- 1 (28 ounce) jar Cheese Whiz
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 12 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 8 tablespoons butter, 1 stick
- 3 -4 slices sourdough bread, cubed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Boil noodles according to package directions.
- Drain, do not rinse.
- Pour noodles back into hit pan and add cheese whiz, shredded cheeses, milk and 4 T butter.
- Stir well and transfer to oven safe bowl.
- Melt 1 stick of butter in a sauce pan, add cubed bread and garlic powder.
- Mix and pour over macaroni and cheese.
- Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
