Easy Tofu and Nametake Mushrooms Rice Bowl with Soft-Poached Egg

  1. Begin by preparing your soft-poached egg.
  2. You can finish the remaining steps while letting the egg cook and rest.
  3. I used homemade nametake mushrooms.
  4. Crumble the tofu.
  5. Serve the freshly cooked rice in a bowl, and top with the crumbled tofu on top.
  6. Put nametame mushrooms on top.
  7. Then, drop the soft-poached egg in the middle.
  8. Sprinkle on green onions if you have some, and it's done.
