Easy Tofu and Nametake Mushrooms Rice Bowl with Soft-Poached Egg
- 1/4 block Tofu (silken)
- 3 tbsp Nametake mushrooms
- 1 Soft poached egg
- 1 rice bowl worth Plain cooked rice
- 1 dash Green onions (optional)
- Begin by preparing your soft-poached egg.
- You can finish the remaining steps while letting the egg cook and rest.
- I used homemade nametake mushrooms.
- Crumble the tofu.
- Serve the freshly cooked rice in a bowl, and top with the crumbled tofu on top.
- Put nametame mushrooms on top.
- Then, drop the soft-poached egg in the middle.
- Sprinkle on green onions if you have some, and it's done.
