Flourless Peanutbutter Cookies

• 1 cup peanutbutter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg

1. preheat oven to 350
2. mix all ingredients togther
3. drop by spoonful onto a greased cookie sheet
4. dip fork in sugar and flatten cookies
5. bake for 10 to 15 mins
