Shiitake Mushrooms with Melted Cheese

• 6 Shiitake mushrooms
• 1 Soy sauce
• 1 slice Melting cheese

1. Cut off the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and drizzle on some soy sauce.
2. Top them with the cheese and bake in the toaster oven.
3. Once the top is golden brown, they are done.
