Pasta With Beef, Broccoli and Tomatoes

  1. Trim fat from beef.
  2. Cut beef into 1/4 inch strips.
  3. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
  4. While pasta is cooking, spray 12 inch skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium high heat.
  5. Add beef to skillet, sprinkle with pepper.
  6. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until brown.
  7. Stir in broccoli, tomatoes and broth, reduce heat.
  8. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is crisp-tender.
  9. Mix cornstarch and Worcestershire sauce, stir into beef mixture.
  10. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  11. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  12. Toss beef mixture and pasta.
