Chocolate Marshmallow Roll Recipe
- 1 c. flour
- 3 tbsp. cocoa
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 extra lg. Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Beat Large eggs and vanilla on high till light.
- Gradually add in sugar while beating.
- Add in dry ingredients while beating on low.
- Add in boiling water.
- Mix well.
- Pour into greased jelly roll pan.
- Bake for 15-18 min at 400 degrees.
- Remove from pan onto a powdered sugar sprinkled towel.
- Roll up and cold.
- Unroll cooled cake and spread proportionately with Marshmallow Filling.
- Roll and refrigerate2 hrs.
- Slice and serve with chocolate sauce if you like.
