Filet Mignon With Red Wine Chili Garlic Sauce & Teriyaki Sauteed Asparagus.

  1. Marinate steaks w all ingredients in a shallow roasting pan for 1 hour in refrigerator.
  2. Preheat oven to 325F.
  3. Cook steaks in oven until internal temperature of beef is 150F for medium rare.
  4. I serve my steaks w sauteed asparagus, w teriyaki sauce, salt, pepper, and a little bit of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
