Strawberry Milk Bread in a Bread Maker
- 250 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 30 grams Honey
- 20 grams Butter or margarine
- 3 grams Salt
- 3 grams Dry yeast
- 4 tbsp Skim milk
- 130 grams Strawberries
- 1 medium Egg
- 1 Heavy cream
- Remove the strawberry stems, place in a heat resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Remove, use a fork to mash them, wrap again and microwave for another 2 minutes.
- Then let them cool.
- Add the mashed strawberries and the egg to a measuring cup and then add enough heavy cream to come up to the 200 ml mark.
- Put all of the ingredients in your bread maker, set to the bread loaf course with a light baked color and start.
- You'll get a faint strawberry aroma while eating it.
- The color will be a light violet-pink.
- Eat together with Milky Strawberry Cream Cheeseto really enjoy the deliciousness of strawberries.
