Bacon And Swiss Waffles Recipe
- 2 c. Bisquick original baking mix
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Shredded Swiss cheese (4 ounces)
- 8 slc Bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled (about 1/2 c.)
- HEAT waffle iron; grease if necessary.
- Beat baking mix, lowfat milk and Large eggs with wire whisk or possibly hand beater till smooth.
- Stir in cheese and bacon.
- POUR batter by scant 1 cupfuls onto center of warm waffle iron.
- BAKE till steaming stops and waffle is golden.
- Carefully remove waffle.
- Twelve 4-inch squares.
