Bacon And Swiss Waffles Recipe

  1. HEAT waffle iron; grease if necessary.
  2. Beat baking mix, lowfat milk and Large eggs with wire whisk or possibly hand beater till smooth.
  3. Stir in cheese and bacon.
  4. POUR batter by scant 1 cupfuls onto center of warm waffle iron.
  5. BAKE till steaming stops and waffle is golden.
  6. Carefully remove waffle.
  7. Twelve 4-inch squares.
