London Broil Recipe

  1. Put in oil, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, vinegar and mustrad in a blender and mix until thick.
  2. Pour over meat and chill for 24 hours.
  3. Cook the London broil as desired, reapplying marinade often.
  4. If you wish, reduce the remaining marinade down over medium heat to use as gravy.
  5. Make sure the sauce comes to a boil and reaches 165 degrees to kill any bacteria from the raw meat.
