Lemonade Chicken

  1. Pierce chicken breasts (a few times each one) using a fork.
  2. Pour undiluted lemonade into heavy zip-lock bag.
  3. Place chicken breasts into bag.
  4. Allow to sit in refrigerator for at least one hour
  5. Spray bottom of 9x13" pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  7. Drain lemonade from chicken.
  8. Roll chicken into cornflake crumbs.
  9. Place into pan and lightly drizzle melted butter on tops of chicken.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until lightly brown.
