OREO Mud Pie
- 26 OREO Cookies, divided
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 pt. (2 cups) chocolate ice cream, softened
- 1 pt. (2 cups) coffee ice cream, softened
- 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts, toasted
- 1/2 cup hot fudge ice cream topping
- Crush 12 of the cookies; place crumbs in medium bowl.
- Add butter; mix well.
- Press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
- Stand remaining 14 cookies around side of pie plate.
- Freeze 10 min.
- Spread chocolate ice cream evenly onto bottom of crust; top with small scoopfuls of the coffee ice cream.
- Cover.
- Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
- Top with the whipped topping, walnuts and fudge topping just before serving.
- Store leftover pie in freezer.
