Fiesta Cheese Spread
- 1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese, softened
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped and undrained
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
- 1 tablespoon green onions with top, finely chopped
- Ritz cracker (for serving)
- Combine cream cheese and salt; beat until light and fluffy.
- Stir in chilies, pimientos and onion.
- Chill, covered, 2 to 3 hours.
- Let stand at room temp for 15 minutes before serving.
- Serve with Ritz crackers.
