Bread Boat & Dip Recipe

  1. Water chestnuts and Knorr Vegetable Soup found in Oriental Section of store.
  2. Cook spinach according to directions; drain and soak remaining water out with paper towel.
  3. Mix chestnuts, onion, soup, lowfat sour cream, Miracle Whip and spinach.
  4. Cut bread lengthways so there is a top and bottom.
  5. Cut the top into cubes.
  6. Take insides of the bottom out with a knife or possibly your fingers.
  7. Cut, or possibly break the insides into cubes.
  8. Fill the "boat" with mix.
  9. Spread on cubes.
  10. Delicious.
