Tetrazzini Chicken
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.), cut into strips
- 3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups fresh or frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 cups cooked MINUTE White Rice
- Spray skillet with no stick cooking spray.
- Add chicken; cook 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked through.
- Add VELVEETA, soup, milk and broccoli.
- Stir on low heat until VELVEETA is melted.
- Spoon chicken mixture over rice.
