Chopped Steak / Hamburger Gravy - Ground Chuck

  1. Brown meat and onions in skillet.
  2. Add flour to skillet, stirring well.
  3. Dissolve bouillon cube into the hot water, whisk in lesser amount of Kitchen Bouquet first, taste for saltiness and adjust.
  4. Add seasoned water to beef / onion mixture gradually, stirring constantly.
  5. Add black pepper.
  6. Simmer over low heat till thickened.
  7. Serve on noodles, mashed potatoes or biscuits.
