Taco Stuffed Shells
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 packages Taco seasoning
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 12 large pasta shells (whole grain)
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 cup Taco sauce
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
- 1 1/2 Crushed tortilla chips
- 3 Green onions (chopped)
- 1 cup Sour cream
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Brown ground beef in fry pan and add taco seasoning (prepare according to package directions).
- Add cream cheese and summer until cheese is melted.
- Blend well.
- Set aside and fully cool.
- While meat is cooking.
- Cook pasta shells, drain and toss well with butter.
- Pour salsa in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
- Stuff each shell with meat mixture.
- Place shell in baking dish.
- Cover shells with taco sauce.
- Cover pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, uncover and sprinkle with chips and cheeses.
- Cook for 15 more minutes.
- Serve with sour cream, salsa, black olives, etc.
