Easy Dilled New Potatoes
- 1 pound new potatoes small, scrubbed
- 1/4 cup yogurt plain
- 1/4 cup dill weed freshly chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
- Cook the potatoes in lightly salted water for about 15 minutes or until tender.
- While the potatoes are cooking mix together the yogurt and dill.
- Drain the potatoes and place in a serving bowl.
- Add the dressing and toss well.
- Season with sea salt and ground black pepper.
- Serve and enjoy!
