Fennel and Mushroom Salad

  1. Using a cheese slicer, slice the fennel very thin.
  2. Next, slice the mushrooms.
  3. This is so simple, layer the fennel, drizzle with olive oil (flavored olive oil is great too), then salt& pepper.
  4. Layer the mushrooms, drizzle the oil, salt& pepper.
  5. Keep layering until you finish.
