Pizza Rolls
- 1 pound Pizza Dough, Homemade Or Storebought
- Any Additional Toppings You Like, Such As Pepperoni, Goat Cheese, Feta Cheese, Olives, Sun-dried Tomatoes Or Sausage
- 1 can Pizza Sauce (15 Oz)
- 1 bag Mozzarella Cheese (12 Oz)
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle.
- Cut into strips and then cut those strips into six inch squares.
- Fill squares with about two teaspoons of sauce and a sprinkle of cheese and a bit of any additional toppings you choose.
- Pinch sides of dough squares together and seal well to form balls.
- Place balls on a parchment paper lined sheet tray and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While rolls are making, mash together the soft butter and garlic.
- Brush on rolls immediately as they come out of the oven and then grate on the Parmesan cheese.
