Marinated & Grilled Tempeh

  1. Heat grill or broiler.
  2. Using a basting brush, coat all sides of tempeh, leeks and carrots with salad dressing; cover and set aside.
  3. Place tempeh and vegetables on grill across the grates lengthwise, or on broiler pan.
  4. Grill each side about 5 min., basting with remaining marinade.
  5. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  6. Divide entree and rice evenly among 4 plates.
  7. Complement each meal with 1 cup of yogurt.
  8. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with meal.
