chicken bow-tie spaghetti
- 2 lb bacon
- 1 2/3 box spaghetti or angel hair
- 1/2 cup onion
- 2 cup spaghetti sauce
- 5 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 4 dash powdered mustard
- 1 packages boneless chicken thighs or breasts
- 1/4 cup basil
- 5 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- preheat chicken to 350F
- spray cooking container for chicken
- cover chicken with plastic wrap and pound on both sides
- place chicken in container (perferably glass) and add butter
- cut 1 strip of bacon into width-size strips and place with chicken and butter.
- put in oven and cook according to package on chicken.
- cut rest of bacon as in the previous step and cook in sauce pan on stove with little bit of olive oil
- add powdered mustard, basil, garlic and onion to pan.
- sautee and add salt to taste.
- add sauce to sauteed ingredients and heat on med/low
- when chicken is done, pull out and cut chicken into perferable-sized chunks.
- add butter ad bacon into sauce mix.
- cook spaghetti and add all ingredients together
- * if thebutter dampens some flavors, add what is necessary to gain them back
