Easy Chess Pie Recipe

  1. Heat butter over medium heat; add in sugar and stir well.
  2. Cook over low heat for 4-5 min.
  3. Remove form heat and let cold for 3-4 min.
  4. Add in beaten Large eggs to sugar mix; stir in well.
  5. Beat in vanilla and vinegar.
  6. Pour mix into unbaked pie shell.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
