Noodle Kugel (Kosher)

  1. Mix all ingredients except noodles and cinnamon sugar until well blended.
  2. Stir in noodles.
  3. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
  5. Cool at least 10 minutes; cut into squares.
  6. Serve warm.
  7. Store covered in refrigerator.
  8. Variation: Stir in 1 cup raisins or 2 large apples, peeled, chopped, with noodles.
