Pot Roast With Vegetables Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In Dutch oven, place bottom round roast.
  3. Add in sliced potatoes, carrots, onions, place over meat.
  4. Pour soup over meat and vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle onion soup mix over top.
  6. Bake till meat is tender.
