Pot Roast With Vegetables Recipe
- 3-4 pound Bottom round roast
- Sliced potatoes
- Sliced carrots
- Sliced onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, diluted with small amount of water
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In Dutch oven, place bottom round roast.
- Add in sliced potatoes, carrots, onions, place over meat.
- Pour soup over meat and vegetables.
- Sprinkle onion soup mix over top.
- Bake till meat is tender.
