Potato Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Lightly grease a 15x10 inch cookie sheet or 15x10x1 baking pan.
  3. Press pizza dough into a 12x10 inch rectangle, building up the edges slightly.
  4. Bake crust for 7 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven.
  6. While crust is in the oven, in a small bowl combine olive oil and garlic.
  7. Brush olive oil mixture over hot crust.
  8. Sprinkle with 1/2 the cheese blend.
  9. Arrange sliced potatoes over all.
  10. Sprinkle remaining cheese and rosemary over potatoes.
  11. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden-brown.
