Hanpen Fish Cakes Topped with Sesame Cream Cheese

  1. In a heat-resistant bowl, microwave the cream cheese for 10 seconds until soft.
  2. Mix in the white sesame seeds, sesame oil, and salt.
  3. Cut the hanpen into 6 pieces or your preferred size.
  4. Top the hanpen with the cream cheese mixture from Step 1.
  5. Garnish with black sesame seeds.
