Sausage Breakfast Biscuit
- 1-1/4 qt. butter, divided
- 40 each eggs
- 40 each biscuits (3 inch), warmed
- 40 each OSCAR MAYER Raw Pork Sausage Patties, cooked
- 40 slices KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Slice
- For each serving: Melt 1 Tbsp.
- butter in 8-inch nonstick saute pan on medium-high heat.
- Carefully break 1 egg into pan; cook and stir until set.
- Split 1 biscuit.
- Spread each half with 1/2 Tbsp.
- butter.
- Place sausage patty on bottom half of biscuit.
- Cover with egg, 1 process cheese slice and top half of biscuit.
