Brown Bag Burritos Recipe

  1. In a large skillet, brown grnd beef; drain.
  2. Add in next eight ingredients; bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 min.
  4. Heat 3 to 4 tortillas in a microwave till hot, about 45 seconds.
  5. Spoon 3 to 4 Tbsp.
  6. of beef mix down side of each tortilla.
  7. Top with 2 to 3 Tbsp.
  8. cheese.
  9. Roll up.
  10. Wrap each burrito in paper towel, then in foil.
  11. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  12. Chill.
  13. Eat burritos cool, or possibly remove foil and heat paper towel-wrapped burrito in a microwave on high for about 1 minute.
