Pineapple-Peach-Jicama Salsa
- 1 cup Pineappe Chunks With Natural Juices
- 2 whole Ripe Peaches, Peeled, Pitted And Diced
- 1/2 cups Diced Jicama
- 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 4 slices Hickory Smoked Bacon, Cooked Crisp, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Honey
- Preparation time does not include 30-minute refrigeration time.
- In a mixing bowl, add pineapple chunks and juices, diced peaches, diced jicama, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Stir well.
- Add bacon and honey and stir again.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
- This is excellent with chicken, seafood, or on top of tacos.
