Pineapple-Peach-Jicama Salsa

  1. Preparation time does not include 30-minute refrigeration time.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add pineapple chunks and juices, diced peaches, diced jicama, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Add bacon and honey and stir again.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. This is excellent with chicken, seafood, or on top of tacos.
  7. Enjoy!
