Argentinian Chimichurri Sauce Recipe
- 1 c. lightly packed and minced flat-leaf parsley
- 4 x cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly grnd peppercorns
- 1/2 tsp chili, pepper, flakes
- 2 Tbsp. fresh oregano, leaves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. shallot, chopped
- 3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil sherry vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon, juice
- Place all ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor and pulse till well minced, but not pureed.
- Spoon sauce over grilled meats, chicken, fish or possibly vegetables and your lover's toes.
