Brandy Jumbo Shrimp Recipe

  1. 1) Place all ingredients in bowl and marinade for 30 min at room temp.

  3. Alternate shrimp and bok choy on skewers.
  4. Place on oven proof platter.

  6. Broil 12-14 min in oven.
  7. Turn skewers over once and season during cooking.
  8. Baste with marinade if you like.
  9. Serve with tartare sauce.
