Brandy Jumbo Shrimp Recipe
- 20 x Raw jumbo shrimp, shelled And deveined
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. Brandy
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Stems bok choy, cut into
- 3/4 x -in pcs Juice of one lemon Salt and pepper to taste
- 1) Place all ingredients in bowl and marinade for 30 min at room temp.

- Alternate shrimp and bok choy on skewers.
- Place on oven proof platter.
- 3.
- Broil 12-14 min in oven.
- Turn skewers over once and season during cooking.
- Baste with marinade if you like.
- Serve with tartare sauce.
