Mock Pot Pie
- 12 lb chicken breast, cooked and chopped
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups broccoli, chopped
- 3 cups corn
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can green beans
- Italian spices
- garlic powder
- salt & pepper
- refrigerated buttermilk biscuit
- 1.
- Steam all frozen veggies in chicken broth.
- 2.
- Put biscuits in oven.
- 3.
- Mix in all other gravy ingredients.
- 4.
- Bring gravy to boil and simmer until biscuits are done.
