Orzo Chicken
- 1 lb orzo pasta
- 3 -4 raw chicken breasts (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes (garnish)
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 4 roma tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 12 cups milk or 1 12 cups cream
- 1 12 cups water
- 5 tablespoons butter
- Melt butter in milk slowly.at 200 F.
- Add water and all spices.
- Mix well.
- Add sliced chicken and cover at 300 F.
- Cook for about 10 minute or until chicken is done through.
- Add pasta.
- STIR FREQUENTLY!
- It will burn if you don't keep stirring.
- It usually takes about 10 minutes to fully cook pasta and thicken fully.
